Proposal
Summary:
The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing
to make two amendments to N.J.A.C. 13:101,
Juvenile Discipline.
The notice of proposal will be published in
the New Jersey Register on July 20, 2009.
The JJC proposes two amendments:
The
first would make a number of changes to the
list of violations, set out in N.J.A.C. 13:101-4.1,
that are the basis for disciplinary charges
brought against juveniles; the second would
clarify that the restriction in N.J.A.C. 13:101-6.17(b),
requiring a two-day separation between successive
terms of disciplinary room restriction, applies
only after the overall five-day maximum has
been reached.
