Summary:
The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing
to readopt N.J.A.C. 13:96, Juvenile Parole
and Transitional Services, with amendments.
The notice of proposal will be published in
the New Jersey Register on July 20, 2009.
The JJC proposes to amend provisions of the
rules specifying the form used to report a
use of force or related event, and clarifying
the description of what information must be
included on the form.
