Un Hombre de Camden es Sentenciado a Prisión for Disparar a Hija de su Novia

TRENTON - La fiscal General Anne Milgram informó que un hombre residente en Camden fue sentenciado a prisión después de declarar su culpabilidad al disparar su arma de fuego a la hija de su novia, hiriendole en la rodilla.

La Directora de la División de Justicia Criminal Deborah L. Gramiccioni, dio a conocer que Roshon Pace, alias “Roshon Fussell”, de 30 años, de Camden, fue sentenciado por el Juez de la Corte Superior Richard Wells en el Condado de Camden a 7 años de prision. Pace, deberá permanecer en prision el 85 por ciento de sus sentencia antes de ser elegible para obtener libertad condicional.

En su declaración de culpabilidad el 7 de julio pasado, Pace, confesó que el 10 de marzo de 2007, mantuvo un argumento verbal dentro del vehículo de su novia, fuera de su vivienda. Pace dijo que tenia un arma de fuego en sus manos y efectuó un disparo en el suelo.La hija de su novia, de 22 años, quien permanecía en el interior de la vivienda de la madre,escuchó el disparo y de inmediato intervino en el incidente tratando de ayudar a su madre. Pace, aseveró que vio a la hija correr para ayudar a su madre y en ese instante le disparó en la rodilla. La victima fue conducida al Hospital Cooper donde fue atendida y dada de alta tres dias despues.

El detective de la Policia Estatal de New Jersey Daniel DeLucia, coordinó la investigación y la Vice Fiscal Kristen Harberg formuló los cargos a nombre de la Division de Justicia Criminal.
