Description: The
New Jersey Division on Civil Rights proposes
to readopt rules pertaining to the mandatory
filing of annual Multiple Dwelling Reports
(N.J.A.C.
13:10.) The proposed readoption would
continue a requirement that owners of apartment
buildings or developments with 25 or more
rental units file with the Division a report
concerning the racial/ethnic composition of
their tenant populations and whether or not
any of the rental properties are barrier-free,
as well as other information. The proposed
readoption appears in the January 4, 2010
edition of the NewJersey Register.
