Dos Hombres de Camden son Sentenciados por Extosion Organizada

TRENTON - El Fiscal Federal interino Ricardo Solano Jr. y la directora de Justicia Criminal Deborah L. Gramiccioni informaron que dos hombres de la ciudad de Camden fueron sentenciados a prision al haber sido encontrados culpables por tráfico de drogas para la pandilla Nine Trey Heabudstas, que es parte de la pandilla Bloods. Ambos fueron acusados como resultado de una investigacion de los delitos de la pandilla en la calle Brodway en el area de Camden.

Hector Archeval, de 22 años, de Camden, fue sentenciado a 7 años de Prision por el Juez de la Corte SuperiorSamuel D. Natal en el Condado de Camden. Archeval se declaró culpable de extorsion organizada el pasado 4 de mayo de 2009, al comfesar que fue un miembro de la pandilla the Nine Trey Headbustas ay se encargó de distribuir drogas en nombre de la pandilla. Asimismo el Juez Natal dictó sentencia de 7 años en prisión para Keith Jones, de 42 años, de Camden. Jones se declaró culpable de extorsion organizada el 10 de mayo de 2009 al senalar que distribuia la drogas para beneficio de la pandilla.

A la fecha un total de 15 miembros de esta pandilla han sido sometidos a la justicia incluyendo dos cabecillas,Michael Anderson, de 37 años, quien se encuentra en prision en Trenton y Juan Vargas, de 26 años, de Filadelfia.

Las acusacione son el resultado de una operacion conjunta entre la Division de Justicia Criminal y el equipo denominado High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) que pertenecen a la Fuerza Especial de Camden.
