Summary
of Proposals:
The
Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing
to promulgate (a) amendments to N.J.A.C.
13:95, Secure Facilities relating to
urinalysis testing procedures and use of
languages other than English during juvenile
orientation; (b) amendments to N.J.A.C.
13:96, Juvenile Parole and Transitional
Services and N.J.A.C.
13:100, Classification Assignment Process
for Juveniles, dealing with parole contract
agreements; and (c) a new rule, N.J.A.C.
13:103, Community Programs, establishing
a comprehensive regulatory framework for
the Commission’s residential and non-residential
community programs.
Notices of proposal for these items were
published in the New Jersey Register on
December 5, 2011 at 43 N.J.R. 3123(a), 3125(a)
and 3126(a), respectively.
