Un hombre es sentenciado a ocho años de prisión por abastecer de heroína a una red de narcotraficantes en Camden vinculados a la pandilla “Bloods”

TRENTON – El Fiscal General Jeffrey S. Chiesa anunció que un hombre de Camden fue sentenciado a prisión por abastecer de heroína a una red de narcotraficantes en Camden, que mantenía vínculos con la pandilla Bloods y distribuía grandes cantidades de heroína,cocaína y el PCP en Camden.

Donte R. Cook, de 31 años, de Camden, fue sentenciado a ocho años de prisión, incluyendo cuatro años de no ser elegible para obtener libertad condicional, por el juez de la Corte Superior Samuel D. Natal, en el condado de Camden. Cook, se declaró culpable el 18 de marzo extorsión de fraude organizado en segundo grado, y confesó haber abastecido de heroína a la red de narcotráfico. El Vice Fiscal Jill Mayer tomó la declaración de culpabilidad en representación de la División de Justicia Criminal.

Cook y otros 13 acusados​​, entre ellos el presunto cabecilla de la red de narcotráfico, Kyle Ogletree, de 28 años, de Cherry Hill, reconocido por las pandillas 'Bloods' G-Shine, fueron nombrados en la acusación formal del 3 de noviembre de 2011, acusándolos de extorsión organizada en primer grado y conspiración en segundo grado. La acusación formal afirma que la red operaba múltiples mercados de drogas con libertad en el sur de Camden y controlaba su territorio a través de una cadena bien definida de mando encabezada por Ogletree.

La investigación fue realizada por la División de Justicia Criminal por el detective Peppi Pichette y el detective Brian Woolston, detectives de los casos, y la Sargento Andrea Salvatini, el Sargento James Nelson, el Teniente John Torrey, y el Jefe Adjunto Al Buecker, quien supervisó el caso. El Vice Fiscal Mayer está a cargo de la demanda en contra de las pandillas.
