Proposal Description(s): PRN 2015-145
N.J.A.C. 13:69E-1.21 Expiration of Slot Machine Control Program Approvals and Resubmission
Summary of Proposal(s):
A summary of the proposals are posted at: www.nj.gov/oag/ge/proposed_rules.htm
The proposal would eliminate the expiration date for slot machine control programs that had previously been approved by the Division of Gaming Enforcement. Presently such approvals expire, unless earlier revoked, on the second day of January in the year following the 12th anniversary of the latesy approval of the Division for that program. Hostorically control programs are revoked or modified prior to the 12 years, thereby obviating the need for an expiration date.
