The Juvenile Justice Commission has released a proposal to amend the rules promulgated at N.J.A.C. 13:91, Transfer of Adjudicated Delinquents to The New Jersey Department of Corrections.

The proposed amendments will make a number of changes to Commission rules to ensure continuing compliance with juvenile justice reforms set forth in P.L.2015, c. 89.

A formal Notice of Proposal (NOP) was published in the New Jersey Register on April 4, 2016 at 48 N.J.R. 567(a).
