Proposal Description: The Division of Highway Traffic Safety has proposed rules which allow non-profit organizations to apply for highway traffic safety project grants for programs approved by the Director of the Division of Highway Traffic Safety. The proposed rules replace rules that expired on September 2, 2015, and are now being proposed as new rules, with minor technical amendments.
