Your human resource team representative can be found on the Team Map under State & Local Government Operations. The HR team representatives assist appointing authorities, employers and employees with getting their HR questions answered and directing them to the appropriate agency.

To post a job vacancy to the Intergovernmental Transfer Program you will need to submit a DPF-722 Appointing Authority Position Vacancy Request.

There are four forms required for a complete Intergovernmental Transfer:
DPF-721 Intergovernmental Transfer Agreement
DPF-722 Appointing Authority Position Vacancy Request
DPF-742 Leaves, Separations and Transfer Form
DPF-743 New Hire and Intergovernmental Transfer Form
All forms can be downloaded and printed from our Form Section of our website which is located under the DOP banner at the top of the page.
