	Names of employees posting their titles will never be displayed. Employee privacy is always protected. Each employee will be assigned a confirmation number that refers to the owner of the title. Employers are only able to view the log number. Providing your social security number is voluntary. It will be used only to expedite the retrieval of information for this program which is established by N.J.A.C. 4A:4-7.1A.
