Intergovernmental Services (IS) manages several successful programs that assist employees with job placement. The Division is responsible for the DOP'S Intergovernmental Transfers, ITP Vacancy Postings, Outplacement Services, the Proactive On-line Resume Service and the Resume Analysis Service. These programs have great features that benefit not only the merit system job seeker, but State and local government agencies searching for qualified applicants.
