ITP Vacancy Postings - The ITP Vacancy Posting outreach initiative gives Merit System appointing authorities a web-based avenue to recruit career service employees interested in exploring new career opportunities. The program allows State and local authorities to post openings for specific titles including unclassified titles, on the DOP website. These job openings can be searched by Merit System employees looking for a new opportunity. The DOP staff assists appointing authorities with additional recruiting strategies and assists individuals who use the Intergovernmental Transfer Program to find a new career opportunity.
