Public employees interested in advancing their education can gain access to the best training and instructors by enrolling in classes offered by the Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI), New Jersey 's own training and development center.

HRDI offers training classes created and taught by some of the best instructors in the region. The International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has certified HRDI as an authorized provider of Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Only organizations that meet IACET's rigorous curriculum review requirements are approved for this designation.

In addition, HRDI is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of Continuing Professional Education Credits (CPE's), needed by accountants and auditors. Moreover, several New Jersey colleges and universities accept HRDI courses for college credits.
