The Office of Intergovernmental Services is comprised of several programs to assist Merit System employees and employers. Our programs consist of:
Intergovernmental Transfer Program (ITP) ensures the smooth transition of qualified employees who are seeking a career change or redeployment and for employers who have existing vacancies to fill.
Intergovernmental Vacancies (ITP) was developed to assist Merit System appointing authorities with an active web based avenue for seeking career service individuals whom where interested in the Transfer Program.
Outplacement Program offers employees and employers within the Merit System who are facing a layoff, options of vacancies in other Merit System Jurisdictions.
Proactive On-line Resume Service (DOP.PROS), which is an on-line service that allows permanent Merit System employees to showcase their skills to Merit System Agencies who have vacancies.
The dynamics of the programs offered in the Department of Personnel's Office of Intergovernmental Services allows us to strive to connect qualified Merit System employees with Merit System employers and continue to provide quality services to our customers.
