New Jersey State Police Sergeant Joseph Geleta is coordinating the training, which includes: disaster preparedness, fire suppression, medical training, search and rescue, disaster psychology and terrorism.

Governor McGreevey's CERT initiative CERT LOGOgives State employees an opportunity to make a difference in their home communities and workplaces in case of a disaster. Over 500 State workers are scheduled for training.
