The Hispanic Advisory Council 2003 Policy Report is a roadmap on substantive policy issues affecting New Jersey’s Hispanics. The report was produced by the Hispanic Council, created through Executive Order by Governor James E. McGreevey. The report addresses topics such as health, education, economic development, housing and urban revitalization, and employment.
