Proposed regulatory amendments to the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan (CMP) relating to fees and escrows.

The hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Offices of the Pinelands Commission, Richard J. Sullivan Center, 15C Springfield Road, New Lisbon, New Jersey.

A quorum of the Commission may be present at the hearing, but no formal action will be taken.

All comments must be received by August 2, 2008 and must include the name and mailing address of the commenter.

The proposed amendments are scheduled for publication as a rule proposal in the June 2, 2008 issue of the New Jersey Register.
