Catherine Starghill, Esq.

Catherine Starghill is a legal specialist with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. She works in the Division of Local Government Services and is the dedicated staff coordinating the efforts of the Privacy Study Commission. Catherine has a Law degree, a Masters of Accounting, and a Bachelors of Business Administration. She brings over eight years experience from the private sector to state government.
