PVSC Open Public Records Act

Requesting Access/pvsc/home/forms/pdf/NJOPRA_PVSC_Request_Form.pdf to Government Records Under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.) 


This form must be used to submit records requests to the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission. All completed forms shall be submitted to: Clerk, Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission, 600 Wilson Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07105.
