Human Resources Management Services
The Human Resources Management Unit prepares and processes all request
for new hires, promotions, transfers, resignations and reclassifications.
The unit provides employees with information and assistance in such
areas as: Health Benefits, Pension and Retirement Benefits, Group
Life Insurance, Service Awards and numerous other related employee
services. Additionally, the Human Resources Department advises managers
in the areas of employee relations, contract administration, the
resolution of employee grievances, and disposition of disciplinary
actions. The Human Resources Management Unit also acts as the liaison
between the Department of State, Department of Personnel and the
Collective Bargaining Units.
