Theater rental rates include the use of the theater, dressing rooms, front lobby and mezzanine lobby, backstage kitchen, and the ballroom, as needed, for backstage space. Please see the attached theatrical rate sheet detailing additional fees for stage technician services, box office services, security, and rental of the piano and rental of theatrical sound and lighting equipment.

· Fee for filming or recording productions at Patriots Theater: 50% of the rental of theater
· Filming of dance recitals is considered concessions. Applicable concession rates apply
· All rates and fees will be doubled on officially designated State holidays, when the event requires public access and accommodation
