AmeriCorps
 NJA3 works to develop, enhance, provide and sustain a comprehensive system of quality after school programs that promote health, emotional, social and intellectual development of NJ children during after school hours. As part of the NJ After School Service Learning Initiative, ASLI, members help develop and execute a network of projects involving over 15,000 volunteers in 50 communities throughout NJ. Members are responsible for working with after school program staff, assessing local needs, and developing and implementing service-learning projects that address those needs. New Jersey After3 continues to meet its goals of Engaging Youth in Service Learning Activities, strengthening communities in NJ and developing AmeriCorps members to be tomorrow’s leaders.
