Secretary of State, Statement to County Clerks of Nominations, Vacancies
(Not later than 86 days before General Election)
On or before this date, the Secretary of State shall certify the names of the candidates nominated at the Primary Election or direct petition for federal offices to the county clerks. Such statements shall include party affiliation, if any, of the persons so nominated.
