Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells began her October Month of Service on October 1 at the Link Community School in Newark, in partnership with Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Novartis is a long-time supporter of Link, a school for 7th and 8th graders, which encourages all students to attend college.
