Commissioner Fox and Congressman
Pascrellto tour and provide updated timetable
for Route 46 project at Riverview Drive in Totowa
Commissioner Jamie Fox will join state, local and federal officials tomorrow to tour the construction of the Route 46 bridge at the Riverview Drive interchange in Totowa, and to provide an updated timetable on the progress of the project.
The tour will begin at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 28, at the construction site. Commissioner Fox will be joined by Congressman William Pascrell, NJ Legislative District 35 and 40 legislators, county and local officials.
Route 46 is one of the busiest highways in New Jersey. Severe traffic congestion at the Riverview Drive interchange will be relieved by the federally-funded project, which will reconstruct and widen the Riverview Drive bridge over Route.
