NJDOT proposing to amend rules
on Construction Services
(Trenton) - The New Jersey Department of Transportation is proposing to amend N.J.A.C. 16:44, Construction Services.
This chapter provides current and prospective contractors with the procedures and criteria used in the bidder classification process.
The proposed rule appears in the May 2, 2011 issue of the New Jersey Register. The public has until July 1, 2011 to comment on the proposal. Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must provide their comments in writing to Miriam Weeks, Administrative Practice Officer, NJ Department of Transportation, P.O. Box 600, Trenton, NJ 08625-0600. Faxes may be sent to (609) 530-3841. Comments must be postmarked or sent by fax on or before July 1, 2011 which is the close of the 60-day public comment period.
Comments submitted to the Department on the proposed rulemaking are public records and are available for public inspection by appointment during normal Department business hours.
