Marine Trades Program

Clean Marina Program

New Jersey Department of Transportation’s Office of Maritime Resources (NJDOT/OMR) is a partner in the New Jersey Clean Marina Program Partnership. The voluntary program encourages marinas to go above and beyond standard industry best management practices, to become "Certified Clean Marinas." The program is currently managed cooperatively by the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium/NJ Sea Grant and New Jersey Department of Environmenal Protection (NJDEP). The Marine Trades Association of New Jersey (MTA/NJ), the Jacques Cousteau National Estuary Research Reserve and other partners are helping to promote and guide the Program.
