Current Solicitations for Technical Proposals
NOTICE: CONSULTANTS MUST SIGN THE
SIGN-IN SHEET AND LEAVE THEIR SUBMISSIONS IN THE CART MARKED WITH THE TP NUMBER.
FOR ANY COURIER SERVICES DELIVERING SUBMISSIONS, THERE WILL BE NO SIGNED
RECEIPTS. THE SECURITY GUARDS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT PACKAGES. ALL
SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY 3 PM ON THE DATE SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION. ON-TIME SUBMISSIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES' WEB
SITE.
New solicitations for Technical Proposals will be posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Revisions will be posted as necessary. In the
event the NJDOT Procurement office closes prior to 3:00 pm on the day technical proposals are due, technical proposals will be
accepted on or before 3:00pm the following business day.

Prequalification, and Consultant Evaluation System latest updates or changes.
The files listed below to be downloaded may be in a zipped format. You will need to view the files using an unzip program. This
program (Power Archiver) is available free from the
Power Archiver site.
