Question 1: Section 1A: If an individual meets the qualification of Project Manager in Section 1A-subsection 3 (10 Yrs CI exp with 4 yrs as RE), will the same individual score full points in Section 7,if we list projects for which he/she was an RE(Not PM) within the past 5 years?
Answer 1: The individual can score full points if the 3 projects listed are similar to the project being posted.
Question 2: In Section 10-RE Experience for additional points -Will NJDOT accept RE experience for other agencies in NJ rather than experience on only NJDOT projects? Asking for NJDOT RE experience restricts the pool of available RE, since majority of NJDOT projects has been traditionally staffed by NJDOT RE?
Answer 2: No. Only NJDOT experience will be accepted for that 1 year of bonus time.
