Question 1: Yesterday, on October 28, 2015 we received a Bid Express Service Team notification stating that this Solicitation had been posted. Immediately following this, we received another notification stating that Solicitation 075 had been withdrawn. However, it remains posted on Bid Express. Please confirm the status of this solicitation.
Answer 1: The solicitation is active and proposals are due November 19th.
Question 2: Is a Prime consultant on one submission allowed to be a Subconsultant on another submission?
Answer 2: Yes.
Question 3: Are graphics allowed as part of the proposal package, and, if so, how many pages and is there a page size limitation?
Answer 3: No.
