Question 1: Can we use 11 X 17” for both the org chart and our two pages of graphics?
Answer 1: Yes.
Question 2: Can the same individual be Task Leader for more than one task?
Answer 2: Yes.
Question 3: I would just to know if the LPA – Local Public Agency would be the Municipality or listed recipient of the funding and not the county in which the project resides.
Answer 3: The grant was awarded to the listed LPA in the recipient column of the spreadsheet of projects.
Question 4: The Evaluation Criteria form indicates that Chapter 51 Pay to Play Certification is required, but the Solicitation does not. Is Chapter 51 Certification required for TP-081?
Answer 4: The Chapter 51 forms should not be submitted for TP-081.
Question 5: Can you please confirm that Section 7 Reference Checks for Project Manager are required for this project.
Answer 5: Yes, Section 7 Reference Checks are required.
