Question 1: Is it required to name an individual from an ESBE firm in one of the scored positions on the technical proposal evaluation criteria sheet and include a resume or is it sufficient to only list the ESBE firm as part of the team?
Answer 1: Yes, It is required to name an individual from an ESBE firm in one of the scored positions on the technical proposal evaluation criteria sheet and include a resume.
Question 2: The closing date for this solicitation is February 4, 2016. We would like to submit a bridge inspector who has a CCTC certification that expires “2/16”. Will this inspector’s CCTC certification meet the qualification of Section 9?
Answer 2: Yes, the inspector’s CCTC certification will meet the qualification of Section 9 as long as the CCTC certification is not expired before of the date of the closing date for this solicitation.
