Question 1: Lately it was announced that NJDOT experience will not be required for response to RFPs. However, the Experience requirements list “Prepare Bridge Plans and Specs Using NJDOT Design Manual and Experience with NJDOT Design Bridge and Structures Design Manual”. Please clarify if scoring will be reduced without NJDOT experience?
Answer 1: The NJDOT experience was only removed from the PM experience. It is still required for Key Staff team leaders.
Question 2: Please advise if the Org Chart, Critical Path Model and 2 extra graphics can be 11”x17”.
Answer 2: Yes.
Question 3: Page 3 of the solicitation identifies the following required disciplines and level of service for this TP: B-1 Level A, H-1 Level A, and H-3 Level A.
Note that this listing differs from the disciplines/levels of service that are shown at the tops of the forms for Parts 3 and 4. Please advise on the correct required disciplines/levels of service.
Answer 3: The correct disciplines are B-1 Level A, H-1 Level A, and H-3 Level A. This change was made on the evaluation criteria forms on 4/27/16, the day after it was posted. |
