Question 1: May the individual serving as Project Manager also serve as the Team Leader for one of the primary tasks? If so, would there be any point deduction solely for the use of the same individual for these two roles?
Answer 1: The individual named as the Project Manager may also serve as the one of the members of the Keys staff. No deductions will be made for using the same individual in these two roles.
Question 2: In the Solicitation document, last paragraph under Scope of Work, it states that Letters of Commitment as noted in Part 8 of the Instructions should be included. However, Part 8 of the Instructions notes in RED “NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS TECHNICAL PROPOSAL.” Please confirm that letters of commitment are not required for this proposal.
Answer 2: Letters of commitment are not required for this proposal.
