TP-118R
Question 1: TP 118R shows one position has to be from the prime and one from a subconsultant. Why would a DBE firm have to utilize a subconsultant? If the subconsultant position is to fulfil the DBE goal a DBE firm should not be forced to use a subconsultant if they can fill both positions themselves.
Answer 1: ESBE/DBE firms do not have to supply a subconsultant.
Question 2: Please confirm the release and commitment letter obtained for TP-118 will be acceptable for TP-118R as the project name and scope hasn’t changed.
