Question 1: On Page 1, Section1B, for the Mandatory requirements: If a NICET box is checked, can the years of additional extra mandatory experience come before the date of the NICET?
Answer 1: Yes.
Question 2: On page 6 of the Evaluation Criteria document, under Ceiling – Years of Experience, the form states that “The experience being evaluated in this Section will be limited to the last 12 years. Experience prior to March, 2005 will not be considered.” Should this read May, 2005 instead of March, 2005?
Answer 2: The experience being evaluated in this Section will be limited to the last 12 years. Experience prior to April, 2005.
Question 3: The scope of work for Solicitation #142 is very general for Construction Inspection Services. Meanwhile, the positions being evaluated in the Technical Proposal are: Bridge and Road Inspector, NICET II and III. Can you please elaborate on the scope of work? Would it include local and Highway Bridges, Streetscape work including Sidewalk, Street Lights, Traffic Signals, etc.
Answer 3: Please refer to page 1 and 6 in the Solicitation TP 142. It is a Maintenance Construction Inspection for a 3-yr Term Agreement for State Fixed Bridges, Roadway, Drainage, Highway Marking Contracts.
