Question 1: What is the duration of the TP-144 Project?
Answer 1: The duration of the TP-144 Project is 12 Months.
Question 2: The TP-144 solicitation labels the start date as July, 2017. Please clarify when is the start date for TP-144. Would July 31st consider a start date similar to recent NJDOT interpretation on another TP. If the start date is July 31st, can the release be dated August 1 because we have a situation where the RCC would release person for August 1st but not in July 1st. So, please clarify the date.
Answer 2: Yes the release can be dated August 1.
