Question 1: Is it required to name an individual from a DBE/ESBE firm in one of the scored positions on the technical proposal evaluation criteria sheet and include a resume or is it sufficient to only list the DBE/ESBE firm as part of the team?”
Answer 1: Yes it is required to name an individual and supply all necessary documentation, including resume for the scored positions.
Question 2: On the Evaluation Criteria page 1 of 6, for Road Inspector 2, a NICET II is requested, however the NICET III Date is also requested. Should the date be for a NICET II first obtained?
Answer 2: Yes, it should be the date they attained the NICET II.
