Procurement.
Specify "TP # 899 question" in subject line. Email is now the preferred method of answering consultant's questions. It will
expedite processing the request and posting the response. If your firm does not have access to email, you may fax your questions to

Questions will be accepted up to question cut-off date noted in the technical proposal.

Question: Since page 6 of
the scope of work in the solicitation makes note of potential extra work, is it
sufficient to name the ESBE firm as part of the team or does the ESBE staff have
to be submitted in one of the 2 scored key staff positions?
Answer: There is only one anticipated project per selection, therefore, the ESBE staff
shall be included for the evaluation.
