Procurement.
Specify "TP # 924 question" in subject line. Email is now the preferred method of answering consultant's questions. It will
expedite processing the request and posting the response. If your firm does not have access to email, you may fax your questions to
609-530-2212.
Questions will be accepted up to question cut-off date noted in the technical proposal.

Question: In Section 8, is it permissible to use 11' x 17' format for the
Organization Chart?
Answer: Yes.
Question: With regard to TP-924 for Bicycle
and Pedestrian Planning, the solicitation states that “there are no eligible
consultants at this time.” Will the solicitation deadline be extended to give
consultants time to prequalify in these categories? What are the
rules/guidelines governing solicitations that have no eligible consultants?
Answer: The solicitation is posted for 4 weeks instead of the usual 3 weeks. This will allow interested consultants to submit the P-3 forms and become prequalified before the closing date of the solicitation.
