Specify "TP # 925 question" in subject line. Email is now the preferred method of answering consultant's questions. It will
expedite processing the request and posting the response. If your firm does not have access to email, you may fax your questions to

Questions will be accepted up to question cut-off date noted in the technical proposal.

Question: In “TP-925 C Instructions” under Section 9 Team leader/Key Staff Qualifications it states that the Project Manager can also be a Team Leader. Please confirm that this is permissible.
Answer: Yes, so long as the qualifications are met.
Question: The solicitation does not indicate the number of copies required. Would you please advise how many copies the NJDOT needs?
Answer: Five copies should be submitted.
Question: In addition to the Project Manager position, this solicitation has six task leader/key staff positions. While the second positions (key staff) for Aerial Photogrammetrist, Survey and CADD Technician specify five years of experience to be reflected on the resumes, the top three positions (task leaders) for the same do not specify years. Would you be so kind as to clarify and/or correct my interpretation?
Answer: They all should have 5 years experience.
