Procurement.
Specify "TP # 929 question" in subject line. Email is now the preferred method of answering consultant's questions. It will
expedite processing the request and posting the response. If your firm does not have access to email, you may fax your questions to
609-530-2212.
Questions will be accepted up to question cut-off date noted in the technical proposal.

Question 1: Is it required to name an individual from an SBE firm on the
evaluation criteria sheet and include a resume or is it sufficient to list the
SBE firm as part of the team?
Answer 1: TP 929 has a 25% SBE goal. The technical proposal contains one unevaluated
position: that of Technical Typist. Therefore, if the consultant's plan is to
hire a Technical Typist from an SBE firm, that would contribute toward attaining
the goal, and that position does not have to include the resume, although the
firm should be named in the Technical Proposal. That position may or may not
be sufficient to meet the goal.
