activity IDs are checked in the PE scope statement. Is it the intention of the
NJDOT to perform the environmental tasks in-house or will the designer be
responsible for completing the environmental technical studies and aiding in the
development of NEPA document?

assisting in the NEPA document.
Question 3: Will the CED package information, which is referenced in the Concept
Development Report, be made available prior to the proposal due date?

Question 4: PPA plans as provided in the CDR are
not legible. Can legible plans of the PPA be posted on the NJDOT website so we
may obtain a clear understanding of the proposed improvements as recommended in the

Question 6: The PPA plans indicate improvements
between Naples Avenue (MP 60.47) and MP 60.8 as well as MP 60.8 to MP
61.6 while the CD report narrative (page 21) only indicates a proposed
alternatives at MP 60.8- MP 61.6. Does the PPA include improvements between MP
60.47 and 60.8?
