Question 1: Regarding Part 4, Section 9, Does a Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering
satisfy the education requirements for Rock Slope Engineering - Team Leader?
Answer 1: The educational requirement for the Rock Slope Engineering Team Leader is a
Bachelor's Degree in Geology; a Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering
alone will not satisfy this requirement.
Question 2:Can the same person can be proposed (or would be acceptable) for Project Manager
and Task Leader/key staff for one of a primary task, if qualified for both?
Answer 2:The same individual may be proposed for Project Manager & Team leader/Key
Staff, provided they meet the requirements for both.
Question 3: Please confirm that the experience requirement for the
Geotechnical Engineering Team Leader (8 years) is different than the experience
requirement for the Rock Slope Engineering Team Leader (4 years).
Answer 3: That is correct.
