Technical Proposal

TP-963

Question 1: On Pg 4 of the Evaluation Criteria where the Certifications are requested, ACI-CCTC is not listed as a requested Certification in the columns for any of the 3 staff, however, in the block at far left it notes that 3 inspectors should have this cert.  It appears that the info in the left hand block is in error as the CCTC cert has not typically been a requirement for roadway projects. Please clarify

Answer 1: The ACI-CCTC requirement has been removed from the Evaluation Criteria and a revised version has been posted dated 9/26/13.

Question 2: Page 6 of 6 of the Evaluation Criteria under Section 12 indicates " Listing individual names and their related project experience is NOT required."

Page 6 of 7 under the instructions for Section 12 indicates " The Consultant firm shall enclose a Project Approach narrative defining potential problems for Key Issues provided, define a potential solution to each potential problem and include all individuals' names , related experience and project in which the experience was earned."

These two statements seem to be in conflict.
