This view is of completed work from below the bridge over Atlantic Avenue, Conrail and Barrington Avenue south fascia. Completed elements include the rebuilt beam seats, new bridge deck and parapet, new downspout and scuppers were included to provide adequate deck drainage.

This view shows east abutment substructure work at the bridge over Atlantic Avenue, Conrail and Barrington Avenue. The beams have been jacked and are supported by the timber blocking at the end diaphragms. The beam seats are being rebuilt and new reinforced elastomeric bearings are being installed at abutment and piers as a seismic retrofit. A new backwall and header will be cast on top of the existing abutment stem.
