NJDOT Concrete Code List
NJDOT maintains a database of qualified materials. You may examine materials qualified by NJDOT through the Qualified Materials Database
portal. In addition, there are specialized databases for
intelligent transportation systems and
Also available is a database of Aggregate Producers. The database contains producers and corresponding sizes of aggregate materials that are
qualified to supply New Jersey Department of Transportation projects along with the average test values of the latest results. Data changes
are noted in the remarks column. Terminology can be found on the glossary page.
The Aggregate Producers database is a compilation of geologic evaluations and quality tests performed on various aggregate sources that
may supply aggregates to the Department of Transportation. It does not reflect the legal qualification of the producer to supply materials
to Department sponsored projects. Supplemental Specifications for an individual project and other contract documents should be reviewed to
determine if a producer is legally qualified to supply material to a project. This database was correct when developed, however, producer's
materials are subject to change and all aggregate sizes are subject to field approval at the time of use.
