(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route US 1&9 Truck described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |

In Essex County: |

i. In the City of Newark: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Passaic River (approximate milepost 0.67). |
2. |
In Hudson County: |
|
i. In the Town of Kearny: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Passaic River (approximate milepost 0.67). |
|
(B) For the entire length of the bridge over the Hackensack River (approximate milepost 1.72). |

ii. In the City of Jersey City: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |

(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Hackensack River (approximate milepost 1.72). |
